Kia ora, I'm Rachael. I have over twelve years of experience in New Zealand’s Financial Services industry and I'm passionate about helping people achieve the dream of home ownership.
I purchased my first place to call home as a single, self-employed parent (before the days of KiwiSaver) teaming up with my sister and receiving support from the “Bank of Mum and Dad.” That experience gave me firsthand insight into the challenges many clients face when trying to get on the property ladder.
My positive experience working with a Mortgage Adviser inspired me to join the profession. Now, as a Financial Advisor in The Smart Advice Collective, I continue doing what I love which is helping clients finance that special property, whether it's a first-home or part of your property portfolio. I also love working with clients to grow their investments and KiwiSaver.
I bring unique value to my clients by drawing on my extensive experience as a property investor in both Auckland and regional New Zealand, as well as my background as a real estate salesperson. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my adult daughter and I'm a proud grandmother of two. I also love catching up with friends and family, participating in canoeing events, and travelling.
